Buyer
Buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser.
Shipping and delivery
We currently offer free shipping on all our items.
Price
The stated price for the item is the total price the buyer will pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase are not to be borne by the buyer.
Payment
You can pay with Klarna, Vipps, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Visa.
Order processing time
We pack and ship items every day from Monday to Friday. If you order during the weekend, we will process your order the following Monday.
NB: Some items have an order time. This is stated under each item in the online store. In cases with an order time, the item will be shipped no later than the day after the order time has ended.
Delivery
Delivery time is from 2-7 days. It is also possible to pick up goods from the workshop in Bærum by appointment. Ordered goods are clearly marked in the online store and can be expected to be received after the stated order time plus postage.
Complaints
If you discover a fault or defect with one of Lavvo's products, you must notify us of this within a reasonable time after it was discovered via e-mail to post@lavvo.no. The buyer has always made a complaint in time if this occurs within 2 months of the defect being discovered or should have been discovered. The complaint can be made no later than five years after the buyer took over the goods. You will be sent a pre-paid return slip so that the goods can be returned. We will send you a new item, or refund the money to your account when the complaint is approved.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer at Lavvo, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the order is returned by mail, you as the customer must cover the return postage.
Conflict resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Authority is available by telephone at 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no .
The European Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you wish to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
Personal information
The controller of collected personal data is Lavvo. Lavvo will, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data that is necessary for Lavvo to be able to carry out its obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for Lavvo to carry out the agreement with the buyer, or in cases prescribed by law.
